Meet Bailey Teitge

BVM&S, DACVECC, Practice Limited to Emergency and Critical Care

Dr. Bailey Teitge is residency-trained in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine.  Originally from B.C., Dr. Teitge obtained her veterinary degree from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2018.

Following graduation, she worked as an emergency veterinarian in Calgary, Alberta, for two years before completing an emergency and critical care internship at the Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island in New York. Dr. Teitge then went on to pursue an Emergency and Critical Care residency at the University of Tennessee, finishing in 2024.

Dr. Teitge has a dog and, in her spare time, loves to explore the outdoors. She is also an avid reader. She is looking forward to exploring everything Nova Scotia has to offer. She is excited to come to Coastal Care and provide the highest level of care for our sickest patients.
